Did a bit of playtesting this time, and a host of new fixes came to light! Some of them are pretty major, so I’ll hold off on those until I’m certain they’re a good idea. Mostly fixed some oversights and added a few minor things, including rules for lifting, carrying, and throwing.

Perks are feeling pretty good, I think they’re about the right amount of impactful. Accuracy also seems to be in a pretty decent place and 60 is feeling like a good base. 

Coming up for 1.2 is a range increase across the board and I’m looking into some small adjustments on mass numbers to change how much equipment bots have access to.

Balance Changes:

  • Gave both Double Guns -5 Prepared
  • Gave the Blade +5 Prepared

Clarifications & Tweaks:

  • Changed how weapon accuracy is written, for clarity
  • Changed how weapon crit damage is written, for clarity
  • Clarified both Stalwart perks (Added “If it’s your turn”)
  • Clarified how to calculate range
  • Clarified what happens if two players’ Wait for Opportunity trigger simultaneously
  • Fixed a missing punctuation mark in the Assess Action
  • Fixed an error on the default Bulwark’s total power and reserve power
  • Fixed an error where the Evasive Movement stance hadn’t been updated on the main rules in 1.1.1
  • Renamed the Dodge stance to Disrupt Targeting
  • Reordered some sections of the rules to make more sense

New Additions:

  • Added an equation to Speed for faster scanning and clarity
  • Added Reserve Power bonuses to some stances
  • Added rules for Lifting, carrying and throwing
  • Advanced Scope now also applies a bonus to the new stance
  • New action Haul
  • New equipments:
    • Blade II
    • Blade III (Heated)
    • Powered Armour II
  • New Stance Focus Fire
